  • Non-Holo Rares: $25 per 1,000 cards
  • Celebrations Holos: $30 per 1,000 cards
  • Holo / Reverse Holo Rares: $35 per 1,000 cards
  • Reverse Holo Common / Uncommon: $35 per 1,000 cards
  • Amazing Rares / Trainer Gallery: $0.15 per card
  • V / VStar: $0.30 per card
  • Baby Shinies / Full Art Trainers: $0.30 per card
  • VMAX / GX / EX: $0.65 per card
  • Rainbow / Gold / Full Art Pokémon: $1.00 per card
  • Coins / Dice: $0.05 each
  • Codes: $10 per 1,000 codes
  • Sleeves: $0.30 per pack

Important Guidelines:

  • Condition: We only accept cards in NEAR MINT condition. If your cards are in Light Play (LP) or Damaged condition, please email us to discuss potential deals on an individual basis.

  • English Cards Only: These rates apply to English cards. For non-English cards, please email us for a custom offer.

  • No Sorting or Sleeving Required: Please do not sort or sleeve your cards before sending them. This could lead to extra processing fees.

Shipping Instructions:

  • Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping your bulk to us is your responsibility. However, we cover the cost of sending your payment or trade-in products back to you.

  • Secure Packaging: Ensure all cards are tightly and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

How to Sell Your Collection:

  1. Prepare Your Package: Securely package your cards and include your contact information inside.

  2. Mail Your Collection: Send your package to:

  3. Send Tracking Information: Forward your tracking information to our support email at support@pixelandpanic.com.

  4. Package Processing:

    • Upon receipt, we’ll photograph the package before and after opening and email these to you.
    • Your collection will be evaluated and sorted based on the categories listed above.

  5. Receive an Offer: We will email you an offer. Upon acceptance, payment will be processed via ACH Transfer, Check, PayPal, or a Pixel & Panic Gift Card.

Turnaround Time:

  • Collections with 1-1,000 cards: 7 Business Days
  • Collections over 1,000 cards: 14 Business Days

Local Pick-Up Options:

  • For residents near Washington D.C. areas, local pick-up can be arranged.
